Booking confirmation and rental agreement
The booking confirmation is considered a rental agreement between the tenant and the landlord of the apartment. Please check the booking confirmation received for accuracy and contact us if you have any questions. Otherwise, we assume that the contract is correct.
Down payment and final payment
The deposit of the above amount must be transferred to our account within 14 days after booking confirmation, and the remaining amount no later than 14 days before arrival. If there are less than 7 nights between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid in one sum. If this does not happen, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the concluded contract.
Tenant's resignation
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he is obliged to pay part of the rent as compensation. In any case, the cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation is broken down as follows:
The compensation is waived if a replacement tenant is found under the same conditions. This can be done by both the tenant and the landlord. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Partial cancellations are excluded. These cancellation conditions apply to all bookings, unless other cancellation conditions are explicitly stated via Airbnb.
Number of persons
The respective apartment may only be occupied up to the specified number of persons and must be notified to the landlord before arrival. Children over 2 years of age count as full-fledged persons.
Pets
It is not allowed to bring pets. Unauthorized transportation of pets will result in immediate cancellation of the booking at the tenant's expense.
Internet
The tenant can use the Internet connection free of charge. The use of the Internet is carried out within the framework of legal regulations. The tenant and his fellow travelers agree to accept them and will be held liable for non-compliance. Downloading illegal content is expressly prohibited. The actual availability and reliability of Internet access cannot be guaranteed by the landlord.
Photography and filming
Commercial photography and filming are only allowed in the apartment upon request; as is the holding of events.
Damages and defects
The apartment is handed over to the tenant in good condition. Should a defect become known upon arrival, you will be asked to report it immediately so that it can be rectified. Otherwise, it is assumed that the apartment is completely satisfied. The tenant is obliged to treat the holiday home and the entire furnishing with care and to draw the attention of his fellow travelers and/or visitors to this. The tenant is liable for damage that he or his fellow travelers and/or visitors cause in or to the landlord's holiday home. The tenant will be charged for the costs of repairs.
Arrival and departure
The key to the apartment will be ready at the agreed location (see booking confirmation) from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the key must be dropped off/stored at the agreed location by 10:00 a.m. If the key is lost, the tenant is liable for the costs of a new key or a new locking system. On departure, the apartment must be left as it was found. If the apartment is soiled above average, we reserve the right to charge a subsequent increase in the final cleaning fee.
